But i loved MG, Triumph and Jaguar. Never was able to afford an old Riley or an Aston Martin.

An old big US car like a Chevy Impala, that would be something though. Otherwise I never had high regards on american cars. Too big, no road holding to talk about and all of them gasoline guzzlers.
The latter has changed, but why should i buy a small Chrysler, when i can get an equally small japanese, italian or french car cheaper, which will have better quality as a side effect.

Unfortunately modern german cars suck. All of them. From electronics to mechatronics to (especially) design. Or should i say non-design? Because it isn't. If you want to look at the most ugly car of the world you might as well look for german cars. Unfortunately the world still buys them. I would have thought that WW2 saw to that, but no! Unbelievable.

You should love these German cars. Looks a lot like the old XK-120.
