I had the black sky problem, and it was due to a download problem. I downloaded the mod again and took the scene_dat file and the env files from the new download and copied them into the orginal download and it fixed the problem. Apparently the first download form one of the servers on filefront was bad. I used a different server for the second download.

I have another question. I can't use this mod on my laptop as the frame rate drops to 1. Is there any way to remove the pportion of the mod that kills the frame rate and still get most of the mod? I had the same problem with the RUB 1.45 mod, but when I installed the 8 Km atmospheric mod over it, I could use the RUB 1.45 mod.
I tried this with the NYGM Tonnage mod but it didn't help.

Any suggestions?
