No, that's legit advertising. Long answer: As you may have heard, my long time affiliate for selling games, Chips and Bits, has cratered. They haven't paid me since last year and their affiliate program was suspended (without telling anyone). So I had to switch all the game store links to Amazon and Go Gamer, and they only pay 5% commission, as opposed to Chips' 12% rate (before Chips went under). So that source of funding just got cut in half
and I decided to add an occasional text link on the front page. I added the disclaimer (Advertisement).
