Thank you, you're right. I feel stupid now. I read some past posts, one guy said he only had the Iub and got it, but I think he was mistaken. Everyone else had the traffic mod installed, and I did too, or so I thoght! I went back and took a look, and I had it in my JSMGE mod folder, but it was still in RAR form, and not unzipped!! That's why I was confused, I thought I had everything I needed and still wasn't seeing the Bismark. I falsely installed Harbor Traffic mod about three patrols ago, and I kept thinking man, it doesn't seem to do much!
OK, so now I reinstalled and have started the mission over again.
