well i like to find a thread that explains about crew expierience and what i should do with them and if i can promote if i can and how?
the other problem is once i use all my front torps i go to using my rear ones but can only fire one and cant reload another . i hve the compartment full and an officer in there so the bar is at full all it says is waiting in qeue and never changes to start reloading
