hi raptor thx for replying .

all the points you have put ive done all them and still no luck. Although the bit you mentioned about loading a torp from external do you mean the torps tht are sort of towards the back end of the u-boat the spares that are on the outside above and below when on the weapons management screen . that seems to be the one thats not reloading
