Police stops go trough very well when both sides cooperate.
We have a similar cop nearby. Not as charismatic, but still has the right aproach. There was one time I got pulled over and when his partner was testing me for alcohol, he wrote: today I give just a warning on my dirty rear window
. Alcohol was 0,00 but my car was too dirty for regulations.
