Called to check on them this afternoon and they both made it through the surgeries fine, they had just finally woken up completely from the anesthesia so they put them back in the same kennel (I mentioned this morning that they REALLY don't like to be involuntarily separated) and they had curled up next to each other and gone back to sleep.
Bandages from the declawing will come off tomorrow morning and if they don't have any spotting/bleeding during the day I can pick them up after work. I've already got the special litter in their box, had to turn off the automatic rake-thingy because it won't work right with that stuff in there. So that means Mommy will be doing a lot more poo scooping and litter changing for the rest of the month, which only seems fair after what they've been through.
Hardest part was that this morning when I went out to check on them, they weren't even mad at me. They just wanted to cuddle and play after a night with no food and water and being stuck in the mudroom. Of course they're cats so it could all be part of some elaborate guilt trip scheme they hatched up overnight...
