Have you had a look under the directory Documentation?
There is a 62 page NYGM Tonnage War 1.03 User Manual... It is a PDF file. In this file is Everything that has been done including files and the likes down to the enth degree. No where has there been such a detailed read me that I have ever come across.
Then there is the Tonnage War Menu 1024_768.ini Changes.txt. This file contains the changes made to the NYGM Tonnage War menu_1024_768.ini as well as a few other preconfigured options. The * indicates modifications already included in the NYGM Tonnage War menu_1024_768.ini.
If this is not enough, well, sorry.
