SH3 has had dead links almost since the beginning. It happens when people create mods and then move on to something else. We try to get them all into Subsim Downloads, but sometimes nobody seems to have them.
On the other hand the great beauty of this forum is the number of people who are willing to help. All you have to do is ask.
