I'm sorry, but again you haven't told us what we need to know.
Working on assumptions is not going to help you. For instance, I'm assuming you have JSGME loaded. But, since you haven't stated so, I'm only guessing that's how you have the mods loaded in-game. I'm only guessing but, ......in order to remove your first couple of mods from your list (if that's how they were loaded in JSGME), you would need to remove each mod, in the order they were added, to get to the first couple of RSRDC mods, removing them. Doing a removal of a mod out of sequence, will cause all kinds of trouble with corrupted files left in the game.
The way you know for sure that the stock game files are still intact is to use the JSGME "Task..." menu (found in the center of the open JSGME page) and have JSGME "Compare a Snapshot" image of the files you have now.....compared to the "Snapshot" of the game files when you first added JSGME to your game. You take this first "Snapshot" before ever adding your first mod to a clean install of the game (no point in taking a "Snapshot" of a modded game that may already be corrupted!). Removing all mods from the game files, then using the "Compare" feature, will tell you if there are added, changed, removed files from the original stock game files. If so......You'll need to do an uninstall.....then a clean reinstall of the game (including deleting your mods you have downloaded, and download a clean group of them too..... mod files can get corrupted too if you don't handle them right in JSGME.....Remember last mod IN, first mod OUT).
Yes, reusing a stored Campaign file, or saved mission point, after switching mods around is going to cause more trouble!! The game keeps track of what files are loaded when it saves a point......you remove or change a file that it looks for when it trys to replay a saved point again.....CTD's is what you'll get.
