You most likely do not have the compatible RSRD with your TMO.
When referring to issues in the game you should post your mod order and version with your question for a better frame of reference.
Open GME>click TASKS>EXPORT ACTIVATED MODS LIST TO>CLIPBOARD
Paste into the post your creating. This will include your installation path so you may wish to delete that part only.
This way others can view your version and mod order to better understand what might be causing an issue.
