Click on your name on the left side of the screen, choose Send Private Message... to yourself.
But doing it on the name of timmyg00 might be more productive.
If he has setup his profile properly he should receive an email from subsim.com that you have sent him a message. If not all, you can do is post in his topic an hope he gets a notice through that as well.
