and Found that FX_Update_0_0_21_byTheDarkWraith was the offending mod causing 1 sec locks... what it does I could not find in any readme... but graphical bonuses for sure..
I'm enjoying the game now I have more confidence it is stable and want to reinstall now to get it in German.,...
