Dirk Steel - Speshul Forces. Very funny once you learn how to read his form of writing - see the spelling of Speshul, well it's all like that and associated things like Telly Ban (Taliban), Venuz whalers, and was at Carlos Santana in the Falklands.
It really is brilliant.
