I've seen this. I've long came to the conclusion that the boat sees it, just that I can't.
I remember reading somewhere in this board that you can change the sensitivity of the sonar on your own boat, but the sensitivity of the auto-trackers is fixed? Perhaps that is true of the auto-classifier as well.
So maybe this bug could become a feature - increase the sensitivity in the DB until you can JUST auto-classify contacts JUST as they barely show up?
