Yes Quillan i can pass promotions or medals . the only thing you can't do is check for u-boot upgrades and can't look at your personel files. Anyway,when you dock at a "milk cow" your next mission will be to come back to base...but you can avoid it with SH3 Commander,just assigning a grid patrol
