As tango said that was great.

This one's stuck with me since I first picked up SH3, and with gamefaqs endorsement (http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/91960...r-iii/41212426), GWX. In 1941 I arrogantly sailed out on my first patrol, headed for the channel, with sinking everything the British could muster on my mind. I get to the Dover Straits and a trawler is bee lining for me. I order the deck gun manned and target the nearest warship while cutting my speed. I head up to deck and watch 3 hits on the ship, figuring the jobs done I start to chart my next waypoint with the lovely sounds of outgoing fire. Suddenly explosions ring out, that fight I thought was finished, just started and I was in trouble, shells rained on my fragile sub tearing it to pieces. A couple of the shots wiped out my watch and radio crew. So I dove, stopped the leaks as best I could and prayed for the ship to leave me alone. It stalked me for some time, I could feel it circling above me. I ran for home, where I found the demon trawler had went down sometime after I ran away. But fear of that trawler finding me again ended my career for me and SH3 was shelved for the next month or so after that. Fear eventually subsided and I restarted anew but those are stories for another time.
