Okay, just checked it. I can confirm that it cannot mess RSD up. Anyway it fully overwrites Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1 (available by date) V9 by sober, thus making its use pointless

I will try reviewing this thread and looking for any possible reason on incompatibility among RSD and the rest of your mod list
