Chekov uttering "Guess who's coming to dinner?" never gets old either nor does Chang reciting Shakespeare as he attacks lol.

Gorkon - quote: "Gorkon's name was devised by
Denny Martin Flinn. It was crafted as a blending of the surnames of
Mikhail Gorbachev and
Abraham Lincoln."

BTW, "We need breathing room." was Chang's (the war monger).
Gorkon was played by David Warner, who also played the main Cardassian vilain Gul Madred in TNG episodes "Chain of command" 1&2, and a few other characters.

Regarding ST Enterprise (because it was brought up), I quite liked it. Ordered the complete series from Amazon (before signing up to Subsim).
It was cut short because it wasn't getting the ratings they expected, which accounts for the hasty wrap-up, quite noticeable in the last episode. It lacks all the intrigue and resistance that always comes with the birth of any federation. This in itself would provide plenty of potentially interesting episodes. Too bad the world now revolves around dehumanized corporate quotas.
