left column is AOB, top row is distance in meters

i.e., if target has 15° AOB and is 3000m range...those numbers intersect at 776 meters. This means that you are within close enough range to the track of the target to fire a torp without having to maneuver closer. All the numbers in the red are shots that are realistically OUT OF RANGE.

The basis for the chart is: Range x Sin of AOB = Distance to track.
