They call that something else errors like those in films continuity mistakes/errors.If you try you'll find some in just about every single movie.

Troy at one point you can see a powerful Greek god flying over observing the battle.Everyone knows that Greek gods do not look like modern jet airliners.I think most of these are to blame on filming schedules and things get missed when everyone comes back from lunch or comes in the for the next day and they are working on the same scene.Of course editors go through hundreds of hours of film and things just get missed. Most of the time you have to really hunt for them.
I think Apollo 13 had a spot at one point where you cloud see a cameraman below the crews feet.
