JSGME offers something like this too afaik. I saw it discussed very briefly

Open the mod enabler with all your mods enabled and click on Tasks\save mod profile . Now un enable all your mods by clicking on disable all mods . Now click on Tasks\generate snapshot of game files . Now enable all your mods by clicking on Tasks\save mod profile . Now click on Tasks\load mod profile . Altho perhaps this is just to create a text difference. And sing the .mep stuff does the job.
