Real nav is a separate mod that goes with TDW's gui. There should be two separate folders one says NewUI's 7_x_x by TDW the other should be NewUI's 7_x_x Real Navigation. Just remove the nav one unless you somehow combined them.

yes, exactly: they are two separate things. Real Navigation needs New UI's to work, but New UI's can work as a stand-alone mod
