I can reliably reproduce the bug with sober's list (that's with RSD 4)

This makes it a so far unnoticed issue with sober's megamodlist imo.
Question is, do we leave it at that or do we continue to track it down ? I'm all for tracking it down, and if possible solving it... this list is a huge improvement over stock SH5 .. it would be a shame to have to compromise.
Suggestions on how to proceed ?
