You need to choose a software able to save the CAD file as BMP, JPG or PDF (you can export a .PDF image as .JPG from Acrobat Reader).

When you have this image, you can process it in Photoshop or Corel Draw.

You will get something like this with a CAD software:


If somebody knows other method, please post it.
