You got more memory than you need for this game.
For a start, I would try playing with a clean installation of SH5 with no mods enabled. If ctd's will persist, either some game file is corrupt or, in the worst case, some driver on your PC conflicts with the game (this is unlikely to happen though).
If vanilla game doesn't ctd, rebuild your own list following my suggestions at the link I have posted before.
Sometimes is better rebuilding a broken mod list (almost) from scratch, than trying to fix it. Fortunately Sober and Fifi made our lives much easier. I strongly recommend you to use one of their lists as base for your custom list, so you won't have to start again from zero.
