If you study it, it was religion that actually made women a sex object, then made it a sin to view them as a sex object.
I think it's unfair, women should be able to go topless as men do, but I understand the female breast is seen as a sexual body part. Just a fact a woman goes topless during her morning jog, traffic issues will arise.
