I got the Game Running now with a Good Modlist.

Now im on my Second Patrol near the British Eastcoast and got my Hull down to 84%. All Systems Running and repaired but the Battery of my EMaschinen wont charge. It gets lower when im dived but it wont charge at any Speed given while Surfaced.

What should i do?
