After reading YOUR post, I redownloaded your link and happily found it working as it should (although this
hadn't been the case when you first added JSGME in Feburary to the "Downloads section). Your own first sentence in the discription reads:
"This is the JSGME official installer. As requested I've taken down the old one and replaced it with this one."
You found the problem and corrected it without telling me!

The "other stuff" happens to be the main game folders/files of a modded Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific game. Sorry to confuse you in your inability to recogonize the game folders/files with the 4 JSGME folders/files added to it.
