Everything looks normal to me but the following rows:
D:\Silent Hunter 5\data\Land\LAB_LargeAirBaseGB_MG\LAB_LargeAirBase GB_MG.cfg missing!

Seems that the validator looks for the wrong cfg file names (spaces added in the middle of them). Maybe too long paths are misintepreted?
