Just restarted the game and reloaded the campaign from the port, and now the 20mm and the 4in gun will show on the boat when equipped again this time.
But only the aft 4in will appear on the boat. If I select the bow gun it will not appear on the boat when beginning the patrol, lol.
Still open for ideas.
