Nope. The files have to be in English. Take a quick look. You'll see.
So your comment about my comment about Chinese being irrelevant, is irrelevant.
When one codes in thier native language it may be in that language before it is compiled into machine code.
Once it's compiled it follows the rules of machine code so is universal.
SH files are in English as far as human readable. Some bad english at times but still english.
And I been doing this for a long time.
