It is normal for SH4 to give you a BALAO class from a TAMBOR or GAR class occasionally 'skipping' the GATO class based on timing, how well your patrols went, and other factors.

Be sure to install the small patch ( 1_TMO_25_small_patch.rar ) that fixes the TAMBOR bug donna52522 mentioned.

If you want to play the TAMBOR campaign just deactivate the small patch before you begin the T campaign/career with JSGME.
