Well it happened yesterday lunchtime...the wife and daughter (aided by my boy on the phone) pinned me down in the man cave and watched over my shoulder whilst I searched a common site for Lhasas.
Found a seven week old litter of five in Bridlington (250 mile round trip) so off we went at 4pm and returned at 10pm with a dog (Louie).
We named him after Prince George (and preferred the alternative spelling of Louis) because they were both born on the same day.
He is obviously too young to have had his injections so is therefore confined to barracks until his eighth week of life and first visit to the local veterinary surgeon for his inoculation jabs.
The wife has spent most of her time since then following him around the house with newspaper, kitchen wipes, a mop and a bucket of disinfectant
A few pictures (camera phone, so not the best quality).
