On the other hand I really do use a program that cleans my registry, eliminates bad shortcuts and does a privacy sweep that deletes all the day's internet visits. I run it every night and have it shut down the computer.

I have a special folder where I keep a list of all the mods I'm using and copies of all the mods I'm using, including some mod groups that I've already combined manually. Any time I reinstall the game (which is more often than most people want to) I use that list and those mods to recreate my personal soup. My motto is "Never throw anything away."
