You should really have to search to find a Recluse.I think I have only seen them a few times in my life.Two or three times when I was a kid at my house and only once that I can think of as an adult.

Though I did possibly get bitten by once during an exercise in Texas.I got a weird spot on my ankle and it looked wicked nasty.The doc said that I must have been bitten by a Brown Recluse or one of the other spiders that live in Texas.What ever it was it bit me while I was asleep so I did not notice it not right away at least.The upside was I got one month of convalescent leave and after 4 days of laying around with my leg propped up popping antibiotics of some sort I was good to go so I went to Mexico not much of a trek from Tuscon .
