Can't complain about the police over here, never had a bad experience with them.
Maybe some counties in Poland abuse them to generate income? If so then it's not the police's fault but that of the politicians who order them to do that stuff.
On the other hand the police force is probably several ten thousand people strong so it's very likely that you find some retards among them who take pleasure in boosting their ego.
