According to
videocardbenchmark.net, among the videocards you have mentioned the one with best passmarks is the Radeon HD 7870, but it is also the most expensive; I would rather go for a GeForce GTX 660, with about the same performance but costing 20 USD lesser. The cheapest videocard is the GeForce GTX 550 Ti, but considering its comparatively poor performance it is no worth its price anyway. The GPU with best performance/price compromise is the Radeon HD 7850:

GeForce GTX 660 G3D Mark: 4,117; Price:189.99 USD; G3D Mark / Price: 21.67
