hi Jeff,
no only one is installed,
first i unistalled the v094 (from the control panel) and then i installed the v099.
the spoken issue appeared and then i unistalled the v099 and reinstalled the v094 and the issue was gone .
i mean that every time i set up the v094 it appears normally in the list but this is not happening with the v099 on my pc
