Also be aware that when you first begin a carrier your crew is new and inexperienced and they fatigue faster and recover much slower. As they gain more sea time and rank they will work harder and longer.
Unless like my crew they great ones always seem to get transfered/killed/or sent to jail for fighting by SH3 commander.
