a quick How To...if you didn't know it about the GG DLC and CKII
1. you buy the DLC from the GG store page
2. launch CKII
3. go to Ingame Store
4. Log in with your GG account
5. click the DLC you bought and click Install/Reinstall
Also given if you have enough Blue Coins which you gain by making purchases on GG you can buy the DLC with the Blue Coins directly in the In Game Store in CKII.
