From the pictures, you have enabled ALL the mods. Some are gray because they have had files changed by later added mods, you will not be allowed to disable the mod until the later mods are disabled. When adding in a mod, you get warnings if files are going to be overwritten. Avoid that.

I suggest you enable one mod at a time, view results, then another. You can view results in a single mission (historical missions).

Some of the mods on your list are not needed, but are choices: this or that. When you enable all, you cancel those loaded earlier.

Try to read the "readme" files for the mods to see what they do. You may not want or need them all.

The bigger mods, like TDW UI are intended to be loaded first. Smaller mods or graphic change mods, sound mods, can be loaded later. They don't change the game play files.
