Before you keep on giggling, do some research yourself, and you will find that this is a theory that currently is hotly debated in science, since several years. Originally started as a provocation against the academic schematic thinking, it has won a self-dynamic and earned it solid support.

And just in case you are about generally opposing the genetic heritage of intelligence, against science has left you behind then already. There is a very huge consensus since decades that genes set the framing conditions inside which the final intelligence of an individual forms up. I know that socially oh so worried people are hating to be told this, but reality does not bend just because ideology claims it should.
