well then uninstall the env 5.0 mod then remove the cameras.dat and the sim.cfg files from it, then reinstall it.
this "could" fix your water without changing the way TMO AI works.
always try to keep the game changing mods intact and unchanged whenever possible and make any needed changes or in this case deletions to the mods that change eye candy stuff
