For anybody updating to 6.4

Don't forget to disable these mods:

Metallurgy 3.0.0.0.10.7
Meteors Mod V2.10.2
millenaire5.0.0
MineFactoryReloaded-2.6.2-924
traincraft-4.0.0_035

And don't forget to go into the IC2 config and turn on Tin and Copper generation.
