Default How to make a mod jsgme ready....

Okay, trying to make a little optional mod to release with my mod here in a few, for Fremantle boats since they kept magnetic detonators under Christie's orders until 20 January 1944, avoids having to change it every time switch commands.Also includes my tweaks for more historically accurate torpedo issues.I seem to have forgotten how to create a mod.I created a folder, named it data/libary, put the ustorpedo.sim in there, used to S3D to change settings, saved it.Put new folder in mods folder, enabled but it wont overwrite.What am I doing wrong?
