SH3 does not break it down any further than the class, and the .tga file that has that paint scheme does not give a name. SH3 Commander will be of no help as it just picks a name from the class to put in the patrol log when you sink it. The only way I know of short of finding a historical photo, is to find out who made the .tga paint scheme, and ask them where they got the scheme from. Good luck on your search.
Edit: My bet would be that due to the way SH3's game engine uses different parts of the .tga files in more than one spot on the ships when it renders them, that it is just a made up camo scheme.
