Ok....so I downloaded this..but my computer does not recognize the ogg file and cannot open it...?? What am I missing?? |
You are missing an Ogg Player.
SH3 contains one that plays Oggs in-game only. Just run a yahoo or google search for "Freeware Ogg players" and you will find several.
