Prop pitch is...IIRC (going from memory here) on the facing edge of the throttle/engine section, so go from the throttle sticks, and it's towards you, if you hit the tail wheel/column lock then you've gone too far.
I can see it in my minds eye, got a pretty good idea where most of the controls are...I do love my Accusim B-17.  Even if I do make a mess of landing the poor girl...

Accusim B-17 for FSX I'm guessing?
My F--- Moment was probably due to my "Ooooooh what does this do?" combined with actually needing to find some controls. I know where Prop Pitch is now. I just have trouble remembering the correct sequence and remembering which one is to click at the right time.
I think I'll leave most of the flying to the A.I. and I'll be a navigator or flight engineer or something.
Until I earn my wings....that is. I need to spend some time with the manual.
